Less naptime, more outside time

I know I keep saying Lauren likes to be outside, and just so you know, I am not kidding. The kid lives and breathes the out of doors and constantly talks about going out, being out and when she can go there next.
She also has a strong interest in rocks. Not just pretty, neat, smooth and shiny rocks. I mean, all rocks. Driveway rocks, broken pieces of cement, pebbles...anything that resembles a rock. I am afraid that on our upcoming vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains, we will need to rent a U-Haul on the way home in order to transport our newest rocks.
Like mother like daughter, I too was a rock collector. Maybe she will be a geologist...

Ok - I have never left a comment before and after two years it is time for one and I won't leave many because very few enjoy my sarcasm....but a geologist do you want to destine her to the life of a lonely homely woman that no one will date and has not a lot of job prospects? No really geologist is fine, so is say street performer, ballerina, show girl....as long as she is happy and does not hate you and remembers all the neat things you let her do as a kid!
